It has been clear from the start that this flawed process has been driven by multinational companies eyeing lucrative contracts to run our Three Waters.
They are the ones that organised study tours overseas for NZ officials to initially push their case.
Current law already bans privatisation and yet we are told these changes are supposed to prevent it happening?
It is all very bizarre and very damaging to our democracy.

What is planned for Three Waters is bad for residents, bad for ratepayers and bad for iwi too.
