Coming to a kitchen table near you

I still love the feel of newsprint. In the 1990s, I started up and ran two community newspapers and successfully took on the big guns. We specialised in telling people what was going on - the good news and the bad.
I learned how important openness and transparency were to local communities, and how much my neighbours appreciated knowing what was going on.
These days I advertise in other people’s newspapers, but that commitment to keeping you informed has not dimmed.
Yes, I campaign on focus and efficiency at the council to end the relentless cycle of big rates increases, but I also firmly believe in being open and collaborative.
If you want me to represent you and bring these values to the table, please tick me twice in your voting papers: once for Mayor and again for Katikati-Waihi Beach ward councillor. Thanks
