Rangiuru Business Park First Sale

This is important news for all of us. Rangiuru is a huge investment for both the regional council (through Quayside, it’s investment arm) and our district council.

Developing Rangiuru alongside Te Puke helps to recoup that investment, spreads the rates base over more properties (we have a shortage of industrial ratepayers) and also delivers local jobs for our people in the east (both sides of the district suffer a commuting hell to Tauranga).

Congrats to the Rangiuru/Quayside team!

Now if we could just do something similar with the largely empty Katikati industrial estate …
