Why Ōmokoroa growth is stalling

I would like to draw your attention to a really important Newsroom article as it shows what is happening in Ōmokoroa now, after the postponement of the high school.

It does miss one pertinent fact that the previous government promised the school and never funded that promise.

But the bigger issue is that we (as ratepayers and taxpayers) have invested heavily in growth for Ōmokoroa, and the lack of a high school is scuppering that plan.
